We all have the power to change the world.
And we can all start today.
Two sisters from Bali founded an organization Bye Bye Plastic Bags at the age of 10 and 12 years a few year ago.
The video is a bit „kitschig“ (I am not used to German TV anymore, but l think this 10 min video it’s nice and worth to watch – also nice with your children – how each of us can see a problem, think about it, and then act upon it. Just start with what’s in front of you, with the next problem/issue you notice.
During their speeches, Maria Furtwängler and the two sisters also really encourage each of us to become active.

PS: This video just showed up on my time line, because I once liked a post of Maria Furtwängler (German actress and wife of Hubert Burda, one of the richest men in Germany) when she complained that some people had criticized her for wearing the same dress in public twice(! ?). Back then she was furious and criticized this attitude of consumerism – I like it if actors use their popularity to also send messages to people. (In Germany this is not so common).
Wir alle haben eine Stimme und eine Möglichkeit zu handeln. Melati und Isabel zeigen uns, wie das gehen kann. Bye Bye Plastic Bags#bambi
